Probably the hardiest Grandiflora. Foliage is lustrous dark green & maroon. Less susceptible to breakage in heavy snow. Has tight pyramidal form reaching 30' x 15'. Survived -10 degree F+ at our nursery in 1996 with minimal leaf damage. Other Grandifloras were badly burned. Sheared, maintaining central leader.
